Meet the team

Yoel began his real estate career in 2006 as a broker. With an eye for value, Yoel developed a name across multiple sectors as a must speak to broker. Upon realizing the upward trend in the industrial sector, Yoel founded RDM Group. Yoel is an expert in identifying as-of-right industrial opportunities. With an eye on emerging markets, he excels in structuring acquisitions, and then designing practical yet beautiful Class A developments.

Isaac began his real estate career in property management, at one point managing approximately 1,700 residential units in the tri-state area. In 2006, Isaac recognized the opportunity in the industrial market, and got involved in industrial brokerage. After learning the ins and outs of the industrial real estate sector as well as mastering the approval process, Isaac joined with Yoel to found RDM. With boots on the ground, Isaac is constantly meeting with municipal officials and community leaders. Well known and respected throughout Orange County, N.Y. and Central Jersey, Isaac’s strong relationships propelled RDM’s growth as an industry leader amongst the reginal industrial developers.

Eitan began his career as an investment banker at Barclays on their Industrials M&A team. With a desire to work in real estate, Eitan joined a real estate investment firm in the multi-family sector. Prior to joining RDM, Eitan was COO of a large operating business focused in property management and building maintenance.

Eitan holds a BA from Yeshiva University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
